Refund and Cancellation Policies

If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason, you must contact Ride Out Rentals. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the motorcycle collection date. However should a problem occur contact us as soon as possible.

If we are able to re-rent the motorcycle you reserved for the period you reserved it then a refund may be possible.

Where there are extenuating circumstances, Ride Out Rentals will consider these and our decision is final.

Should you cancel before the 4 weeks deadline we will reimburse all monies paid to us with the exception of the 20% deposit to cover our costs.
