Conditions of Hire

Rider Requirements
Age 30-70 with full motorbike licence for minimum of two years. No more that 2 minor driving convictions on license. They must be declared on application as they need to be acceptable to insurers.Riders 25-29 will be considered subject to our approval.
If you have any physical or mental impairments or infirmity or have suffered from diabetic fits or have any heart complaints this must be declared so that the matter can be referred to the insurers.
Conditions of hire
| Prices: | All prices include VAT, insurance, unlimited mileage and roadside and recovery assistance. |

| Payment: | To be made in full by debit or credit card at least 4 weeks before commencement of hire.If booking is within 4 weeks of hire full payment is required. |
| Damage Deposit: | Prior to commencement of hire we hold a deposit of £1000. When the motorcycle is returned in an undamaged condition (subject to inspection) the deposit will be refunded in full. |
| European Cover: | Available at £45 per 7 days or part thereof. |
| Non-UK Licence holders: | Add £30 per 7 days or part thereof - copy of passport to be provided. |
| Deposit: | A non refundable deposit at 20% or £100.00 whichever greater of the total rental charge is required to confirm a booking. |
| Proof of Identity: | Driving Licence and two forms of ID (Utility Bill / Bank Statement etc) to be seen before collection of bike. |
| Parking Tickets / Speeding Fines: | Incurred are the responsibility of the hirer. |
- Should the hirer not disclose or give false and misleading information to Rideout Rentals a fee will be charged in accordance with our terms and conditions.
- It is the hirers responsibility to take delivery of the hire motorcycle. Rideout Rentals reserve the right to charge a fee if the hirer is not available and the motorcycle is returned to our premises.
- The Hirer is responsible for the Motorcycle being returned No later than at the End of the Hire Period stated. A Fee of £20 Will be charged at our discretion for each Hour beyond the Expiry time*.
- General liability is limited to refund of the hire charge and to the provisions under the Hire Agreement bounded by these Terms & Conditions no consequential loss liability is covered nor accepted by Rideout Rentals Limited or its Directors.
